Our Children's Foundation is a Harlem-based educational organization. Founded by Samuel Brown, OCF is a nonprofit organization that serves as an after-school recreational facility for the children of Harlem. It is an everyday operation consisting of several classes in a variety of subjects and includes performances and assemblies.
